Elisa has over 13 years litigation experience and prior to establishing Torrens Lawyers was a Partner in a mid-sized South Australian law firm.
Elisa is an experienced and skilled lawyer with a diverse background in various areas of law such as Workers' Compensation, Wills/Probate, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Public Liability, Criminal Law, Family law, Total & Permanent Disablement, Underpayments, and related fields.
Elisa has had the privilege of working alongside highly regarded barristers and King's Counsel (KC's), further enhancing her legal practice and understanding of complex legal issues. Her commitment to providing thorough, thoughtful, and client-focused legal advice has established her as a trusted legal professional.
Elisa represents clients in various courts and tribunals, including the South Australian Employment Tribunal, Magistrates, District & Supreme Courts, Fair Work Commission and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Elisa is admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia as well as the High Court of Australia.
